Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled free of charge 2 days prior to the scheduled delivery date. After this time cancellation fee (the cost of bouquet) applies.

Delivery Policy

We recommend ensuring the recipient will be at the address to receive the donut bouquet as it can easily melt underneath direct sunlight. If the recipient is not at the address, they will be contacted and the donut bouquet will be placed in a safe spot.

Donut Bouquet Canberra does not accept responsibility for loss or damage arising as a result of the bouquet being placed in a safe spot at unattended premises and/or due to an incident arising from melting or water damage due to weather conditions, infestation, or other discrepancies to the donut bouquet once it has been delivered and photo proof taken.

Donut Bouquet Canberra does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage arising due to an unleashed animal in the property during delivery.

If provided incorrect or insufficient address and contact number of the recipient, the donut bouquet will be re-directed to our business address to arrange pick-up, re-direction *fees may apply. The donut bouquet will be disposed of if it does not remain fresh.

Donut Bouquet Canberra has the right to change these terms and conditions and the content of the shop at any given time.

 

Discount Codes:

No two discount codes can be used in combination. Cart and product discount codes do not include out grazing range.
